Yes. Document Generation merges HubSpot data into on-brand templates, so proposals, quotes, and contracts are produced automatically with no manual formatting. Multiple datatypes are supported on both plans, and custom object data on Enterprise.
Templates are unlimited on both plans. Documents are capped per license each month: 300 on Business and 500 on Enterprise. Talk to sales and we'll size a plan around your volume, plus automation credits, internationalization, and org-based pricing on Enterprise.
It works on its own, but it's better together: pair it with Document Management to store and organize every generated file automatically, and with Document Sharing to send each document with tracking built in.
Document Generation comes in Business and Enterprise plans. Enterprise raises the monthly document allowance, adds automations and automation credits, custom object support, org-based pricing, invoice billing, and implementation, Trust Portal, and procurement support scaled to your contract value.
Security and compliance are built into CloudFiles from the ground up: your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is governed by granular role-based permissions, and with Mirror Drive your files stay in your own connected cloud storage.
