About CloudFiles certificates

The credential ID is printed on the certificate itself, in the format CF-YYYY-XXXX (for example, CF-2026-A1N9). It also appears in the email you received when your certificate was issued.

A verified result means the credential ID matches a certificate officially issued by CloudFiles, and that certificate has not yet passed its expiry date. The name, category, rank and issue date shown are the details recorded when it was issued.

CloudFiles certificates are issued with a fixed validity period from their issue date. Once past that date the record remains verifiable, but it is shown as expired and is no longer considered current. If you think this is wrong, contact support@cloudfiles.io.

Check for typos, and note that the ID has no spaces. If it still isn't found, email support@cloudfiles.io with the certificate and we'll look into it.
