CloudFiles engages the third parties below to process personal data on behalf of its customers in providing the Services. This list forms part of the CloudFiles Data Processing Addendum. Customer Content is stored and processed within Amazon Web Services and MongoDB Atlas in the region the customer selects; the artificial intelligence providers receive documents for the duration of a Document AI request only and do not retain them. The other Sub-processors receive no Customer Content.

Changes to This List
CloudFiles gives at least thirty (30) days' notice before a new Sub-processor begins processing personal data, by updating this page and by email to the addresses subscribed below. Customers may object within the notice period as set out in Section 10 of the DPA.
