What Are Custom Actions?
Custom actions let you define Flow-based operations that appear alongside default file/folder actions (Rename, Move, Share, Download) in the CloudFiles widget. These actions allow users to trigger Salesforce Flows directly from the widget interface — making complex document workflows seamless and contextual. Admins can configure: Autolaunched Flows (run silently in the background) or Screen Flows (show UI for user input). Example: Add a custom "Attach to Email" action to instantly launch a flow from the dropdown next to a file.

Resource Actions
- Triggered on a single file or folder

List (Bulk) Actions
- Triggered on multiple selected files or folders
- Appears in the toolbar once selections are made
- Default options: Move, Share
