*What to expect*

## Built for people who actually build

Every session is run by the team who builds and supports CloudFiles, aimed at admins, architects and ops leads who leave with something they can ship.

- **Live builds, not slideware** — We build the automation on screen in a real org — flows, storage connections, generation templates — so you see the wiring, not a polished result.
- **Patterns you can reuse** — Each session centres on a problem teams actually hit: routing files to SharePoint, generating documents from records, collecting signed paperwork without leaving the CRM.
- **Questions answered on the call** — Sessions run about 20 to 45 minutes with time held back for questions. If yours needs a screen share, we follow up afterwards.

## Questions about our webinars

**Q: When is the next webinar?**
There isn't one scheduled right now. We run webinars in series rather than continuously, and the current series has finished. Registering your interest on this page is the way to hear about the next one first.

**Q: What happens after I register my interest?**
We add you to the notify list for future sessions. When a date is set you get one email with the topic and a registration link. We don't use this list for anything else.

**Q: Can I catch up on a past webinar?**
Yes. Both 2023 sessions have a full written recap on this site — Managing SharePoint files in Salesforce and Mastering Salesforce-SharePoint integration — covering everything demonstrated on the call. Product walkthroughs are also on the CloudFiles YouTube channel .

**Q: Can you run a session for just my team?**
Often, yes. If you have a group who want to work through a specific document automation problem in your own org, get in touch and we'll arrange a walkthrough.

**Q: Do you cover HubSpot as well as Salesforce?**
Both. Most sessions to date have been Salesforce-focused because that's where the deepest automation lives, but CloudFiles works across both CRMs and topics follow what people ask for.
