## Default File Operations in CloudFiles widget

- **Upload File** — Upload single or multiple files (up to 100 at once) from your local system.
- **Drag and Drop Upload** — Drag folders or files directly into the widget for upload.
- **Preview in Salesforce** — Open and view files directly within the Salesforce UI.
- **Open in Folder** — Jump to the file’s parent folder directly from search.
- **Open in App/Library** — Opens the document in a new tab within its native document library (e.g., SharePoint).
- **Create Sharing Link** — Generate secure CloudFiles sharing links with configurable options like Expiration by date, Password protection, Download permissions wtc
- **Edit Link Settings** — Modify permissions, expiration rules, and link security.
- **File Analytics Dashboard** — Track - Views (total and unique), Time spent
- **Download File** — Save a copy of the file locally.
- **Rename File** — Update the name of an existing file.
- **Move File** — Change the file’s folder/location within the storage structure.
- **Delete File** — Permanently remove the file from the external storage.
